About the Role:
FineSoft Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join our growing sales team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in B2B software sales for our core products including CRM, HRMS, Bulk SMS Services, and ISP Management Software. Outstanding performers will be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, online research, and networking.
- Assist in reaching out to prospective clients and setting up sales meetings.
- Present and promote FineSoft’s software products to potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead data, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
- Participate in virtual or in-person meetings and sales presentations.
- Help prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution scoping and pricing discussions.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT/software sales and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confident and proactive attitude in client interaction.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- Prior B2B sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
