Cancellation Policy
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their ongoing projects or subscriptions. Our policy for cancellation is as follows:
- How to Cancel: For all cancellations, please submit a formal request to our team via the Contact Us page or your designated account manager.
- Notice Period: Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period or billing cycle will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period.
Refund Policy
We strive to create the most suitable design, development, and engineering concepts for our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with the final deliverables, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing Guidelines:
- ✓ Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued directly to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase.
- ✓ Gateway & Bank Transfers: For payments made via third-party payment gateways or wire transfers, the refund will be routed back to the exact same originating account.
