About the Role:

FineSoft Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join our growing sales team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in B2B software sales for our core products including CRM, HRMS, Bulk SMS Services, and ISP Management Software. Outstanding performers will be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, online research, and networking.
  • Assist in reaching out to prospective clients and setting up sales meetings.
  • Present and promote FineSoft’s software products to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update lead data, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
  • Participate in virtual or in-person meetings and sales presentations.
  • Help prepare quotations and sales proposals.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution scoping and pricing discussions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in IT/software sales and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confident and proactive attitude in client interaction.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
  • Prior B2B sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Confidence in approaching clients and handling objections.
  • Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
